As of now, this looks like 4 days of wasted time as I am not sure their customer service exist. The lady this morning said she would mark as urgent and get to a manager. Originally he had said he would come on Monday, but he said he realized that the weather would make it an uncomfortable weekend for me and came after 6 PM to help me out. So I was comfortable all weekend because of his concern. He fixed the problem with in a half an hour.
