"Greg is THE MAN for patio restoration and re-sanding. My patio was in need of re-sand, repairing and leveling some pavers, and removal of moss. I’ve had other contractors do this before but they only power wash. Power wash was just the initial step for Greg. After washing, he literally scraped and shop-vacced every grain of the old sand out of the joints before refilling with new polymeric sand. He also allowed proper drying time between stages. End result is that my patio looks like the day it was built. Looks brand new. Truly blown away with his attention to detail in the cleaning process and removal of old sand. Pricing was very similar to another contractor I talked to but I am confident I would not have gotten Greg’s quality of work with someone else. Communication was great and he was always on time and got the project started very promptly after we decided to move forward. Amazing work."

"First, John responded to my request for an estimate very quickly. We spoke on the phone and arranged a day for him to come over. I asked that he call me that day so I could be home, and he did just that. He arrived on time, and was very pleasant and professional. It's obvious that he loves what he does, and he has a lot of experience doing it! He explained what caused the stains (not the trees as I suspected!) and that he could remove all the stains from the roof. He explained the process and ensured me that the plants and decking around the house would not be harmed. He also explained the process they use to clean the concrete driveway which is about 25 years old so that it would not be damaged by pressure washing. I was impressed! 
They performed the work on the day promised.
I wasn't home to see them in action, but definitely see the results!  The roof and the driveway look BRAND NEW! I could not be happier with the job they did. I would HIGHLY recommend Mildew Magic and John Kuper and will use them again should the need arise."
