I highly recommend Cary Car Care for your auto service needs. I had been taking my Audi to the dealership for maintenance as I had a service agreement. When it came time to replace my breaks I got a competitive quote from CCC. Not only was there quote significantly lower, but when the work was done it was even LESS than the quote. When does that happen at a auto service center. The owners, managers, and technicians were great. They now are the only place I will go to have my A7 serviced

What a refreshing experience with an auto repair facility! Just when you may think that old fashioned honesty, reliability and fantastic customer service may be a thing of the past, you find out about a family run business like Cary Car Care! I was in need of a second opinion on an engine noise in my Hyundai Santa Fe that was growing worse. Neighbors recommended Cary Car Care. I called over to get an appointment and was told that they did not have anything open until the following week for a repair, but if I was concerned about my safety to please bring it right over at lunch time and the owner would take a look. Really??? Who does that because they are concerned with your safety...... especially when you are not even an existing customer????!!! I was impressed then, but even more impressed when Paul greeted me personally, took the time to test drive with me and then looked under the hood. He even went as far as to check for any manufacturer recall notices and reported warranty issues on the vehicle. He explained what the engine noises might be and what it would take to check into it further if I decided to move forward with a repair. I told him I would think about the options he had given me and get back to him. I pulled out my credit card to pay, and he told me there was NO CHARGE. What?? Incredible!! I ended up trading my car in for a newer one, but you can bet that when my husband, daughter or I need any car services, we will be heading over to Cary Car Care!!

We have used this service several times. In this case, the car AC was not working. They diagnosed the trouble and made the repair. They were in frequent contact with us during this time consuming process. The compressor as repaired, charged and we are ready for triangle heat. They are always courteous and explain in detail what the problem is and the repair they suggest. They are a great team.

They are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They are my “go to” service group.

Gave helpful advice on oil consumption and what to watch for in the future. Very clean and professional. I scheduled online and the owner wrote to me via email to get information on the vehicle before I ever came in. Then, he introduced himself to me when I showed up to drop off the truck.

My wife and I recently moved to the area. We luckily found a good doctor, dentist and now a excellent car repair facility. My father was an auto mechanic and taught me to value one that you can trust. The good folks at CCC fit that description. I had one experience at another local place. It went okay but CCC has them beat by a mile. Friendly, family owned/run AND...they were open on the 4th of July to deal with my problem! I'm a happy customer!

The process and work could not have gone more smoothly. We discussed the work I wanted done in email weeks before my appointment. And while repairs were underway, I received two phone calls to communicate what work was needed and what the cost would be. Communication was perfect. Even better, they were able to complete work on the same day, which they were honest about and were unsure they could accomplish given the addition of work and their commitment to servicing other customer's vehicles. Still, they did it. I will, absolutely, be using them again.

They change our oil, rotate our tires, do our annual inspections, and make any large repairs on our cars. We've never had to take the car back because the work was not effective.

The price was fair, good work, professional and pleasant. Everything was a good experience on all dimensions They were very pleasant and customer friendly. They took the time and did exactly what they said they were doing, its a good outfit.

Great responsiveness. No glitches. No new noises. Car was returned to me in great condition.

Went great! There are plenty of good automotive service businesses, but this is the most professional, customer service oriented one I have been to! They put quality first but also advise the customer on best value alternatives.

Cary Car Care performed a service critical to me immediately in the most cost effective way for me, not them. Their service was fairly priced and they respected my time. Too bad they are not medical professionals.

It is always easy to get a convenient appointment. They were able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly.

My welcome was very friendly. Appointment was at 2:30p and the truck entered the bay at that time, so they were very punctual. They advised me of the need for oil before it was added to get my OK. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I had planned on an hour at least. What really impressed me is how they treated everyone; other customers in the shop as well as on the phone and their own their own employees. These guys love what they do. There was one employee taking the time to fully explain the situation with a customer's car until she understood what she needed to have done and why. This a great place to have work performed on your vehicle.

I made an appointment for a regular oil change and tire rotation and also reported a vibration and noise I had noticed while my 12-year-old car is idling at a stop light. The vibration intensity increased while the air conditioner was on. I originally planned to have someone pick me up so I could leave the car all day if needed, but that ride fell through and I decided to wait for my car instead. The mechanical team had the problem diagnosed, got the necessary part delivered, and completed the required service within about 3 hours, keeping me informed of progress each step along the way. My car is running great, and I have detected no further vibrations or noise. I can always depend on Cary Car Care for courtesy, accurate information, and professional service.

Excellent work and communication with staff! Highly recommended to reduce auto stress and travel issues if taking a long trip.
