Perfectly. The hot water heater tank was fixed within a timely manner. We were happy with the process by Jeff Falls

I intended to install the toilet myself but ran into trouble with the flange which had a broken bolt in it and was slightly below the floor level due to adding a new floor (and I didn't actually realize that that was a problem). Several years ago, Jeff and his assistant had replaced the polybutylene pipe in my house with copper and I knew he did careful, conscientious work so I called him again for this. The screws in the flange could not be twisted so Jeff destroyed the old flange and replaced it with a new one. He and his assistant had to adjust and reconnect the drain pipe to the toilet and installed the toilet and it works as it should now. Jeff is a plumber's plumber in that he is definitely an expert and really likes what he does and will talk to you at length about it or sometimes until you don't want to hear any more. Being an expert, he is also critical and will advocate the more expensive, but higher quality, way to go on plumbing tasks. I recommend him, especially for tricky jobs.

He was very professional and the quality of work was great. The pricing was not the best but it wasn't the worst either. He was able to compromise with us with what we wanted to do.

This was our 2nd job with Jeff Falls (see previous review comments for whole house re-plumbing on 12/13/2010). Jeff continued to do an excellent job that merits the slightly higher price point than what I had budgeted for the job. He was also willing to help walk us through several investigatory steps over the telephone when we suspected that we had a leak between the water meter and house (which thankfully proved not to be the case).

Jeff was very professional throughout the five days of work he and his coworkers spent re-plumbing our house. This was a major project but Jeff explained the process very well and made the interruption to our home life as minimal as possible. His hourly rate appears to be slightly higher than some other plumbers in the area, but after using him for this service and another more minor job I do not lose any sleep about the work developing leaks or other issues. Jeff's quality of work is very high.

I called Jeff on Wednesday afternoon to tell him my water heater had died. He called me that evening and said he was booked solid on Thursday but he'd be able to squeeze me in Friday morning. I'm willing to wait an extra day or two for quality service, so I told him Friday was fine. He showed up in the morning and was finished by lunchtime.
I don't have too much else to say about it. The entire process was extremely smooth, and required very little from me. As an added bonus, the new water heater is a heck of a lot better than the old one was. This is the third time I've called Jeff, and the second time he was able to do work for me. I definitely recommend him highly, and I will definitely give him a call if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

Within a year of moving into my house, I had seen two leaking pipes. When I looked at the second leak, I found that the pipe had been patched with DUCT TAPE. At that point, I no longer trusted any of the pipes in my home.
I got three bids for the repiping work. Jeff's estimate was in the middle, but his professionalism and willingness to explain the pros and cons of all my available options put the quality of his bid far above the others.
Jeff did all of the plumbing himself. His assistant Lawrence took care of the drywall replacement and painting.
Jeff told me the work would take about a week, and he was right. (I can no longer remember if he spent 4 or 5 days on the job.) Each day, he arrived around the time I left for work, and was gone or on the way out when I got back home. Each day, he did such a thorough job cleaning up that the only sign he'd been there at all was the fresh paint and shiny new pipes.
While Jeff was doing his work, one of my showers was also being replaced in an upstairs bathroom. Once that replacement was done, some water started leaking from that shower. Once we'd determined that the problem was behind the wall, Jeff showed up the next day to take a look at it. He quickly spotted the problem and was able to fix it without removing any of the shower tile. He also repaired the water damage to the downstairs ceiling.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone who needs a job done, big or small. I have called him twice for additional work since the repipe job. The first time was for a leaking pipe in my yard. He was unable to do the job himself because of a prior commitment, so he recommended someone else (!) who took care of it that afternoon. The second time was for a water heater replacement, with which I was also very satisfied.

Overall, the work was excellent. They were very good and did a nice job in following up with things very neatly. They kept us less involved in the project. They have done thorough things for us. I don't recall the exact price that we paid.

He is a very good plumber. He moved pipes, took out a hot water tank and put it back and installed everything. I thought that his price was very high. He is one of those old-fashioned plumbers who thinks things should be done right. He is careful about making things line up and be straight; do it the right way.

I had a very good experience. Mr. Falls quickly worked me into his schedule, and arrived at my home on time. He was very personable and knowledgeable - offering plumbing tips to avoid future problems. He cleanly removed a section of drywall to expose the plumbing, and replaced both hot and cold valves. He was done in no time at all, left no mess behind, and even offered a quick tip to replace the piece of drywall. The section he removed was done in such a way that it was easily patched. A true professional!
