"I hired DRYWORX to waterproof my basement. The founder, Jason Lott, took my deposit but did not start work until 2 months later. Once started work, took another month to finish the work at my house. But less than 2 weeks after paying him in full, the ground started eroding away from the house because he did not compact the ground, so the work was not done! We called him and he did not come to see the problem until almost a month later. After assessing the problem it took him over 2 weeks to come fix the problem. When he showed up to fix the problem, he did not come prepared with the right tools or materials. Not only did he not fix the problem, he was deceptive and tried to covered up the problem with dirt. Upon an inspection with him, it was uncovered that he tried to cover up the problem with dirt, his worker started getting violent and Jason threatened that "you don't want to mess with him". They both left the house and did not return to fix the problem and left my property in worse condition than when they arrived. I paid him in full but now I have to hire contractors to finish the work that he failed to do."

Broderick got it done in a spiffy but stayed a few extra minutes to recommend different hoses and attachments to me for the future, instead of rushing to move onto the next job, which I appreciated."

"Donâ t believe everything they tell you about their system. We hired this company because during heavy rains (4inches or more), our basement tended to flood. We discussed this with the sales rep who came out, Albert Morrow, and told him we didnâ t have problems unless it was heavy rain. He recommended his company and told us the system was designed for this. After we had the system installed, we had no problems but also no heavy rains for 2-3 months. However, in December we had 5 inches of rain during one storm, and OUR BASEMENT FLOODED once again. A technician came out and basically told us the system worked the way it was supposed to but during flooding conditions the system was overwhelmed . So basically we paid $7500 for them to come out and install a system that does not work when it should. We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."

I was in a meeting during the installation. Suddenly, I heard rapid banging at my front door. The plumber was soaking wet and frantically asked where the main water shut-off valve was located. This valve is situated outside near the water meter. We quickly ran to the location so he could turn off the water. Meanwhile, I turned around and saw water pouring out of my garage. I entered the garage to assess the damage. The plumber informed me that I had a faulty shut-off valve and showed me the broken piece. He did not acknowledge that all of my wife's catering equipment and supplies were soaked. No concern for the customer"
