"Jeremy assessed the problem and gave us a few scenarios with prices. Before jumping to the most expensive solution, he suggested replacing the toilet first (and explained why). When asked, he recommended an $89 toilet at Lowes and told us why - this alone saved money. When he came back 3 days later (to fit our schedule), he removed the toilet and looked in the lines, only to find a root/vines. But instead of jumping to the conclusion of a broken line, he investigated further to find the pipes weren't broken at all. After a quick clean out and installing the new toilet, he was done. It took only 2.5 hours. Jeremy was professional, friendly, and forthcoming with information. We would definitely call him again and easily recommend him."

"Superior Plumbing were a tremendous help! We needed to change our plumbing from a septic tank in the rear of the house, over to city sewer to the front of the house. They were very professional and did an amazing job. They brought in a backhoe to dig the trench in the front of the house to the sewer tap at the front of the yard. Then they had to put in new pipes under the crawl space of the house and reroute them to the new entrance. So much work during a heat wave! They were fantastic with communication and everything they said they would do were completed over an above expectations! We highly recommend Superior Pluming and Drains, LLC and will always use them for any work we need. Another major point in their favor was their price. We called in 4 plumbers with varying price quotes. They weren't the lowest but they were half the price of one! We were very confident after talking with them even more so after their work!
