"When I called Kevin to request a consultation, I was at my wit's end with a continuing yard drainage problem. I had obtained lots of input and multiple proposals from other sources, but I just wasn't convinced that those approaches were going to solve the problem to my satisfaction. Kevin visited the worksite frequently, and he and his crew leader kept me updated about the status of the project. They all continually went the extra mile to answer my questions, provide great care instructions for the new grass and trees, and do what they could to help me address watering issues. After it rained like crazy earlier this week, Kevin and his guys showed up (without my even having to ask) to tend to the new grass seed and rehab it after the storm. It is clear to me that Kevin takes pride in his company's work, and he has shown ownership over this project. I feel reassured knowing that, if I call with questions or concerns, he will be responsive and helpful. I'm looking forward to working with Kevin James Landscape for some (hopefully more fun!) projects in the future, and I recommend them highly."
