We had a small sump pump installed, but it did not help Memorial weekend when we had Biblical rains hit the area. My sump and shopvac were working overtime as the ground was so saturated. I called four contractors for estimates. Falcone was the first to show up three days later. Chris spent a great deal of time talking with us on our concerns and inspecting our property. He gave us a fast and fair quote. Our job was able to be completed within three weeks of scheduling it. It took four days for Chris, Kenny and their crew to install an internal french drain system in my basement and crawl space as well as a door drain along with a sump and backup. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with. "Jeff was more than happy to come out to look at what I wanted done. Right before he left I was told I'd have a quote today. The quote I got just said I'm out of his service area. If you don't want to do the job just be upfront about it. Update as of 02/23/2021: After some miscommunication between Jeff Kale, his office & myself we got sorted & I went ahead & let them do the job. The guys came out yesterday to rip out the garden that was put in place by the previous owner & had them install a flagstone extension to my patio & I couldn't be happier with the results. I feel like I beat him up pretty good in my earlier review & this update was more than earned/warranted/justified. I'll want to finish off the lawn probably later in the fall. Being I just bought the house (and having to buy everything that comes along with buying a new home) I just didn't have the budget to do it all right now. I'll make sure to reach out to Jeff & his team again when that time comes."
