"A team removed a leaking tank hot water heater and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. My house is 45 years old and all projects end up being a bit more difficult then on a newer house. The team assessed the existing infrastructures for two HVAC units, a gas dryer, and washer pipes in the utility room. They came up with a plan that Worked around all these vents and wires. They ordered the unit and venting and began working. It was a two day installation because of the Covid delay on shipping the item.
