Two guys came out, unclogged the toilet drain line, tightened the bolts to sink bracket, repaired toilet handle and installed a new toilet seat. The workers were very polite and professional. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with. "Mark Bogle came out and went through every question we could throw at him . Very professional and patient . We decided to move ahead with the project . It took a couple of weeks to get on the schedule and we were good for launch . I expected large equipment rolling all over the property . What I got was two guys and two shovels . These guys might have looked low tech , but they came to work . The 5 foot deep , 2 foot wide 30 feel of length channel to the foundation was done in 6 hours . I was very happy and a bit shocked . The wall was cleaned thoroughly and sealed up . French drain was installed and everything backfilled . Weather slowed us down ( rain ) But still it was all a memory in 5 days . Im a very happy and grateful customer . I highly recommend Moisture Loc ."
