Pulled a root out of my toilet drain that was a result of a bad installation from before I bought the house. Fortunately, we caught it before it branched out to affect other pipes. Great same day service! Thanks!

Like all things, price was expensive and I had bought the part ahead of time. What are you to do? Jarod, the plumber, was great. Great job and honest evaluation.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
$448
Dishonest company. For a simple drain snake job that should have taken 15 minutes, their tech ate up an hour of our time, mislead us on the work to be performed, then grossly over charged. We paid $448 for their tech to do a 3-minute hand snake and leave a bottle of bio one. We were told a sewer machine was needed, hence the majority of the charge. So not only do they overcharge for a simple job, they lie. After being confronted, the owner did offer a $100 dollar discount. This bill should have been half. The $100 is insulting, keep your money and I will warn consumers of your business.

"Mr. McRae, First, I want to apologize that you feel this way. We treat all our customers and their homes with respect. We have a dispatch fee that you agreed upon. We also informed you about our straightforward pricing before we even began. You were offered options, and this is the option that was chosen. Now you have completed an internet search to obtain an average cost of opening a shower drain. Other companies may be cheaper and may be more. A lot is factored into the cost of each job. For example: drug testing, background checks, heavily stocked trucks, equipment to complete the necessary task, insurance, warranties, payroll, phones, internet, vehicles, accessibility, etc. The cost of doing business is not cheap. By hiring a licensed professional to take care of your issues alleviates you of the responsibility. Also, just for future reference I would wait on the owner to return your call about your concerns before posting a bad review. We discounted the service fee and tried to reason with you with a very fair offer. Upon this call you were not satisfied. I greatly appreciate your review and hope you have a blessed day."

They worked hard! They were professional, they had to remove the stairs to the attic to replace my water heater. I'm very happy with the job they did. First Sergeant (US Army-Retired)

Osborne Plumbing was my second bid. The first bid required moving the weather heater to replace the pressure regulator. Osborne Plumbing were able to make the repair without moving the water heater in less than two hours and more than 60% less than the other firm’s bid! During the repair, they kept me fully informed of their progress. They repositioned the water shut off valve and regulator to make it easier to access. The finished job was perfect to the point you would have never known a repair was made!

Jay was very professional and he went the extra mile he taught me a few extra things about pressure in my faucet. He took his time and he acted like he care because of the things he was showing and doing for me.

Sump Pump Repair or Replace
They tell you there’s a $59 trip charge. They don’t tell you until they get there that there’s an additional $175 diagnostic charge. Then they rape you again with a fee to fix the problem. My sump was clogged with mud from Hurricane Florence, and that’s why it wasn’t working. So he cleaned out the sump and the exit pipe with his hands and charged me nearly $400! I complained, and he discounted it $25 and claimed he charged so much because he had to work in a crawl space. Too bad. You chose this profession. Needless to say, he didn’t win a lifelong customer.
Response from Osborne Plumbing & Drain
"Hello Richard, Thank you for your feedback. From time to time, we hear people mention they think we are expensive. We believe if you compare our business to similar size competitors, our prices are in line with the market place. We have been in business for more than 25 years, and have a fully staffed office. Our technicians drive heavily stocked trucks so most repairs are made on the first trip. We also stand behind our work by offering the industry's leading warranties. I take into consideration the way you feel that we were unfair to you. I appreciate your review, however, we do not rape our customers or rake them over the coals. We do have a $59.00 dispatch fee/service fee to get our qualified technician to the customer's location. If the problem is obvious there is not a diagnostic fee, until the technician arrives we are not sure if diagnostics will apply or not. The technician worked for three hours to diagnose and correct the plumbing issue. Upon leaving everything was working correctly. The technician does not have issues working in a crawlspace. The technician was trying to explain to you about the difficult access due to where the pump was located in the crawlspace. We treat all our customers with respect, and honesty. We also have fully trained technicians that are trained for 6 months to 18 months before ever serving customers on their own. I hope this changes the thoughts you have."
