Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The dog door we purchased wasn’t 100% airtight so Vinny the owner came at no cost and did a work around to help seal the place air came through the flap. Even though it was the door manufacturer issue Busy bee wanted us to be happy and also build a rain resistant cover at no additional cost.
