Gladiator Glass did a phenomenal job replacing a cracked window pane. They were excellent with communication and very responsive. Great price and Bill the owner was absolutely excellent and amazing. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

I do not recommend this company for business, they installed glass windows that were not the quality that they said they would install, said they would come back to resolve but they never have. UPDATE i recived the money back per arbitration.

"Hello, I pulled up our records to re-familiarize myself with this job; Your building has an old snap-in curtain wall system with plastic clips, which was brought to your attention when we quoted the job. Our rep made sure to advise you that the plastic clips were brittle, and without replacing all of the framings, it may not go back perfectly. This was also evident by looking at the adjacent window that had previously been replaced and screwed back together. The glass that was supplied was a 1? OA Insulated Unit using 1/4? panes, using the same gray tint to match the rest of your store. There is no difference in the quality of the unit any."

Did a great job, saving me a bunch of money by replacing window panes instead of the whole window. In and out without much disruption to us. Highly recommend if you have seals broken on your windows and don t want to replace the whole window

Rates were nearly half of one other company who installed my windows 10 years ago. Plus the other company only offered a 5 year warranty, Gladiator is 10 years. And Gladiator also gave me a 10% military discount. The individual who gave the estimate, Bill, also was the main installer, along with his very capable assistant Amanda. The glass itself seems like a quality product. So there you have it: fair price, military discount, better warranty,, rapid delivery and installation, really superb personnel. Would I hire them again? A no brainer!!!

Came out inspected and got the quote to me quickly. Had a special going on that I didn't know about that gave me a nice discount. Once I decided to go with them paying deposit was online which made things easy. They came on the day scheduled and on time. Installer Bill was knowledgeable, explained everything, did a great job despite some unexpected issues and went above and beyond to clean up all the glass that was inside and outside my home. Great job!

My foster dog broke one front window during one of the coldest nights! Not only did they come out for a free estimate the next day, sent me a quote and once approved, was installed 5 days later. And it looks great! The installer was very kind and personable and was so sweet to my dogs!
