"The whole process went very smoothly. Installation was fast and well done, the windows look great. There was no high pressure sale pitch requiring you to sign up in the next 30 minute to get the "low price deal". The windows where reasonably price and are of a high quality. I plan to use Zen Windows again for the remaining windows."
