CLARK HALL DOORS

We worked with Clark Hall to replace all the windows (32) and four sets of french doors in our center hall brick colonial home. A seamless look throughout our home was important to us, and Stephen Myers ensured we got exeactly what we wanted, down to custom painting the inside/glass-facing side of the french door muntins to match those of the Marvin windows. Furthermore, we knew the exterior patio doors were going to be a completely custom job given the size and complexity and they nailed it. Finally, installation was quick, high quality, and non-intrusive - simply amazing while I was working from home. Make sure Paul does your installation - he's the master!

They did an excellent job. It was a hand made steel door with custom made glass. The door is heavy and it took over a half a day to rip out the old door and to get the new one installed. We paid a lot for it but we love the door. It is beautiful and we would hire them again.

This was the best experience I have had with a significant project in a long time. We worked with Stephen Myers from the first meeting until the completion of the project and he provides outstanding customer service - knowledgeable, responsive, excellent communication skills and very polite. The Marvin doors we selected are top quality and not inexpensive, but the price was competitive. We met with Stephen at their showroom on a Saturday to make the final decisions on the new doors. The three individuals who installed the doors have been with Clark Hall for years and they did a great job. I was not there when the work was finished and I asked Stephen about two very minor spots. He promptly had one of the original installers come out to touch up those spots. The doors are beautiful and work perfectly. My wife and I are very pleased and would not hesitate to use Clark Hall in the future.

From the minute I walked into the showroom to the final installation, we were very pleased with the service. I walked into the Clark-Hall showroom and was greeted by a Salesman who was genuinely interested in my project. Shortly, we were joined by the lead Installer to discuss how the replacement window process works. I was pleased that they perform their own installation work instead of using sub-contractors. Johnathan came out and measured all of our windows, working with my Wife to make some design changes in the windows on the rear of the house. This included changing out a sliding glass door, and changing some of the window sizes to "open up" the view. During the install process, the crew showed up each day at the time they said they would, and accomplished what they had planned to do. They completed the entire project on schedule. There were a few places where they found water problems and those were corrected also. They cleaned up each day, and were very professional. The windows are very high quality, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Everything went beautifully. I would recommend them. There was no fuss no muss and they took care of everything. They were very prompt to come back out and adjust something that needed to be adjusted. They were excellent.

It went great. It takes about 6-8 weeks to get the door built but well worth it. It is beautiful without being "over the top" and very secure. We will use them again if needed for other doors at/in our house.

The project was easy. They came out to my house and measured my old door. We looked at designs, and I was able to replace my old door and side lites with beautiful double doors. I was going to get a Mahogony door, but the sun hits my door all day, and Clark Hall told me that any wood door would split and crack the way my door was facing. I appreciate that they did not sell me the mahogony door I asked for. They installed the doors without any problems, and left the area cleaner then when they arrived.

The doors require no maintenance, look beautiful and had a good price. They delivered the doors on time and paid attention to any issues that my have arisen afterwords. They came back in a timely manner to handle any and all issues. I would do business with them again.

The team at Clark-Hall was very helpful in selecting a door and finish for our house. They were also very accommodating in scheduling the fitting and installation. They were difficult to reach on occasion. The price was reasonable considering the prices at the usual retail outlets.
