We used Window Source of the Carolinas to replace all the windows in my mom's house. They did a great job! Their windows are a great quality and reasonably priced. There is also no pressure tactics used in their presentations. I highly recommend them and will look to them to replace the windows in my own home when that time comes.

I met with at least 5 companies who install windows. The Window Source was not the cheapest and not the most expensive but they provided the best value. Customer service was excellent; knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and answered all of my my many questions. No one was pushy nor acted sales oriented. They listened to MY needs and provided service based on what I wanted and not based on what they wanted to sell me, unlike several other companies tried to do. It was a pleasure to get to work with them. The quality was better than I could have imagined. They provide a life time warranty which is better than even the most expensive quote I got! Everyone from Greg who came to my house and provided the quote to Chasity who answered all of my calls, even on the weekend, to Mike who did an amazing installation job was a delight to work with on this project. I know that my little house was not a big job for them but they made me feel as though I was as important as someone who owned a mansion. Truly the best quality, customer service and value. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with The Window Source. First of all, Greg was not only knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, but he was also respectful of our time. We got a handful of quotes and I have to say I can't say the same for many of the other window replacement companies. Then, when it came time to install, the installers were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They did a great job and the new windows and doors look great. On top of that, the company is very responsive and always replied to my communications quickly. I would definitely recommend The Window Source to those looking to have their windows replaced in or around the Charlotte area.

The process was good from the beginning information session to the end with installation. Greg is very knowledgeable about his product. Everything he told me happened. We had a great experience with the The Window Source for installing our new windows. We had to replace all 27 windows in our home. Greg Holmes, the owner came out and showed us their products and explained the whole process of replacing our existing windows. He was professional, took his time and answered all of our questions. He did not place any pressure on us, nor did we feel obligated to go with his company. We ordered the windows in October and they were installed in January. The installers, Mike and Rob were very professional and did an excellent job installing the windows. My wife and I were really pleased with the Window Source and would highly recommend them for anyone wanting replacement windows. Recently I purchased a home in Concord, NC. Due to the fact I was new to the area I decided to check Angie's List for reputable contractors that could help me with renovating my new home. Luckily I found The Window Source; a 5 star rated company with great reviews. My first introduction to The Window Source was with Chasity; their bubbly, southern job coordinator who knows her stuff. Chasity kept me in the loop through the entire job. Patrick the design coordinator who met me at the house was great too. He explained about the quality of their windows, made suggestions regarding choosing windows and overall made the decision making quite easy. The job was completed in one day, windows arrived on time and installed as promised. The installation was perfect. I couldn't be more pleased with The Window Source. Thank you team for a great job.

When I looked at the pictures of The Window Source verses every other contractor we met with...The Window Source's pictures of their work looked cleaner, more professional. Along with the matched price comparison, this is why we chose them. Now when I look at our new windows, I don't see messy work nor caulking outside of the window frame. We immediately noticed a change of temperature in our house. Plus, the curb appeal looks nice! The slightly tinted windows with no grids...our home looks newer and more modern. We feel really good about the decision to go with The Window Source.
