Received a call from the warehouse today that the appliances were delivered unpackaged and they are concerned about potential damage in transit via the barge... When I called Atlantic Appliance, I asked why they did not wrap them in some sort of protective packaging for the transport after they were inspected in the Atlantic Appliance warehouse. Their reply was, "What do you want us to do? They are no longer our responsibility. They have been delivered." Disappointed in their service and lack of concern. Will see tomorrow if they are delivered undamaged."
