Could not be more pleased with the Company's systems, service and ultimately the technician sent to our home. Phillip arrived exactly as planned, communicated well and was professional in all ways one could imagine. We contracted with them through our home warranty program (2-10) and have frankly been amazed at the quality of service providers they have sent to assist us. Bell's Appliance are absolutely an example of that and from request to service, was approximately 27 hours. Hard to ask for much more and greatly appreciate a respectful technician who respected our home. Highly recommend

They came at the appointed time they were efficient but was a little concerned about the reappointment time being longer than expected to complete the repair but they readjusted the time to my satisfaction which meant they consider the customer’s expectations.
