This place is AMAZING! I called another place and they totally robbed me but Joy and her team came to my rescue! They told me straight up what was wrong with my Samsung and came to my condo and fixed it the same day I called her. She was nice enough to give me a year warranty on my tv too, just incredible. She also gave me an extra hd cord and remote since I had lost mine. They saved my life with my kids. Thank you so much. She gave me a bunch of cards and I am spreading the word on fb too. Myrtle beach tv repair is the only place I recommend people!

My husband and I thought Joy did an excellent job; she is very experienced and knowledgeable with repairing televisions being in the business a very long time too and was very helpful with answering questions I had. Very professionald and efficient. I understood thoroughly why it was somewhat on the expensive side to repair yet a lot of people just get newer televisions yet I felt it was very worth it to repair the one I had. Newer is not always better! Highly recommend this group.

This was for a vacation rental property with a renter in place.  They did a great job and saved me I'm sure from getting a complaint about the TV not working.  I now have a vacationer who promised to come back and who left a great review for me on my rental website.  To say I'm extremely satisfied with the service is an understatement.

Huge 52" flat screen with burned out lamp. Joy arrived almost within minutes, popped out the lamp, came back with new lamp which she installed then stayed to make sure all channels were programmed correctly. Not only was Joy prompt and efficient but it was such a blessing not to have to load that big TV into the car and drive it somewhere. Great company that I totally recommend.

We were very happy with they're service

This is an excellent company.  They were very honest and helpful.  Last year, I replaced the lamp in my Sony TV with one I got online and today it was having the same shut down problems again.  I called Myrtle Beach TV Repair to see if they had a lamp in stock, which they did, and they said they would come to my home within the hour to get my tv back up and playing again.  They were very responsive.  They also told me many things about my tv I had never known.  They asked me when was the last time I had the lamp replaced and I said about a year ago.  What they recommended, since I had replaced the lamp that should have lasted me three years, is that I let them do a thorough cleaning of my tv, verify that I needed to replace the lamp, check the ballast and color wheel, and check that all my fans were running properly to cool down the new lamp they installed.  They said that the number one lamp killer is heat and if I was going through lamps that quickly, I may have either gotten an aftermarket lamp, or I may have a cooling issue that could be corrected if I caught it in time, especially since I had just had a new color wheel installed a few months ago.  They said that sometimes people buy lamps off the internet that are aftermarket lamps, especially since I had bought one that only gave me a thirty day warranty.  They said that quality lamp companies always give at least a one year warranty.  They guaranteed their work with their one year warranty and that made me feel better.  They explained that the lamps they get from their manufacturer are certified osram lamps that have a very high quality standard that the manufacturer refuses 40% of the lamps due to lower quality so the price is a little higher for the lamp that will last three times as long as the lesser quality ones.  They said there are companies that buy these "reject" lamps and resell them cheaper online, but they never last very long.  So they came to my house today, which is Memorial day by the way, and they charged me their normal fee because they said they have the same prices every day of the year.  They very quickly had my tv apart, cleaned every inch of the insides of it, told me that my color wheel, ballast and one fan was working good, replaced the second fan that had seized up and stopped working, and installed a new lamp.  They did all this within half an hour.  I was genuinely impressed with the pair of technicians that came to my home, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.  They were professional, clean and respectful of my kids and dogs that kept getting in the way.  In fact, when my son kept asking questions, the repairman explained each step of what he was doing and why each part inside my tv functioned like it did.  They really made our Memorial day weekend a good memory!  Thank you.

The red convergence went out distorting the entire picture. After calling 3 other places, Beach TV said they could be there first thing in the morning. The other 3 either told me to bring it in (48? rear projection? Almost 4? across & 2? deep, around 100 lbs) or they could pick it up for 65$ to $100 one way. Not at Beach TV, the lady on the other end of the phone asked about make & model and had a good understanding of the problem. The Tech (later found out owner) had all the parts he needed to complete the job when he showed up (thanks to her asking the right questions), not a week to 10 days the others described to me. While he was working on the unit he recommended I change out the other 2 units (3 primary colors) because when one goes the others are soon to follow. This would save us from being down again and being charged with another service call. He already had the unit apart and it made sense, what?s another couple of bucks ($45-50) at this point. Beach showed up when they said they would, repaired the unit in a timely manner (next day), and were very professional. He took the time to explained to me things I did not know the TV could do and answered my questions about buying a TV in the future. He went on to describe what to look for and what not to buy, as well as the reasoning behind it. Thanks to Beach TV we are 3-5 years away from buying another large TV for the family room. It wasn?t until later I realized the man that had my entire TV in pieces, was the owner. Beach TV cares and it shows, Thank You to the other 3 others I called before I called Beach TV for not wanting to work, because I now found a great TV repairman who I have referred to others.
