I had the best customer service experience! My dryer heat element went out and I was stuck w 2 loads of wet laundry. I called spoke to Kim, she was awesome!! She said they were booked until Friday. I explained my obsession w laundry and begged for someone to come sooner. She said let me call some techs and see what I can do. I got a call back in 1/2 hr and dryer fixed 2 hrs later. WOW!!! Just WOW!!! Brad my tech was soooo nice!! He explained everything and showed me the part that went bad and checked my fuse box, dryer vent. Mr. Appliace Went the extra mile for me the customer. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. Thanks again Kim and Brad for such a fabulous experience.

Went very well. Repair person was friendly, professional and kept his mask on the entire time. Immediately knew what the problem was. Took a few days to get the right part, then came back and replaced in no time. Would definitely hire again

I knew I was going to pay for a service call that might result in a finding of parts-no-longer-available. So my oven didn't get fixed - but that's the only reason I gave it a B instead of an A. The guy was on time and very courteous and competent.

Great washer up and running in an hour

Wonderful! Arrived on time, followed Covid 19 rules and performed the work perfectly. Pricing was reasonable and I would definitely contact them for future repairs.

Oven was not fixable!

It was awesome. The guy was super polite and informative. I wasn't at home in the beginning, he took the time and explained everything and then the company called the day before they will come. He was early and never late. As soon as he came, he put his PPE's on like gloves, mask and boots.

They did a great job and fixed it without needing any parts. They put on shoe covers, were polite and nice young men. I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them.

The service was very timely. The technician came out very knowledgeable, courteous, on time, responded quickly, and accurate diagnosed on the problem.

All services performed professionally and promptly. Appreciated notifications about appointment conformations and identification of repair technician.

They've got gimmicks where they say they have a flat rate for the service call and then zap you on the parts. I thought the price was pretty extraordinary. They did fix the problem but they took advantage. The price was way more than it should have been. The quality was fine. I haven't had anymore problems with it. They were on time. They did do the work well but I feel like they were not fair on the price. Once you've already paid for the service call, you're not going to be going any place else so they know they've got you. I will not be using them again. They're going to fix the problem but you are going to be soaked on the price. They got back to me within a few days.
