From cosmetic upgrades to storm damage repair to structural changes, we'll provide a precise plan, a definitive schedule and an extraordinary attention to detail. Owner, Brendan Barry, has been building and remodeling for 35 years and has the skill and knowledge to deliver your project on time and on budget. His Industrial/Commercial experience provides unique insight into many current popular design concepts and the years of OHSA training provide a safe work site.

From the get-go, Brendan was so easy to work with. After explaining the project (a complete reno of a one-bedroom beach condo, third-floor walk-up), he was on board. He was mindful of the budget we set, flexible when we asked for changes, creative when solving a layout issue, readily available via text, email, or called directly (he ALWAYS returned the text, call, or email usually within minutes)...professional, courteous, timely, knowledgeable. If any issue arose, whether it was with supply-chain delays, questions with our project, or an interaction with neighbors/HOA, etc, he immediately called and gave us a heads-up. Brendan and his crew were there to accept appliance deliveries when we couldn't be there. He pointed out TO US items that we would not have noticed on the walk-through that he felt should be included on the punchlist. Just can't say enough about how pleased we are with the work that was done, and the process of working with Brendan was like working with someone we've known for a long time. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

I started talking with Brenda back in July and he came out to look at the job and he gave me a quote of 50,000 dollars. My in laws were going to move into the apartment when it was done. I tried to stay in contact with him and he assured me it could be done for that price. This went on for 4 months and I gave him money to get the engineers drawings done. He then switched the engineer on me and has money left from this. Long story short he sent me a text message the day before he was going to start the job and said he can’t do it. My in-laws are in there 80’s and are completely devastated. I have asked for my money that he owes me and have not received a response from Brendan as of yet.

"I met Mr [Member Name Removed]two and a half years ago to discuss an in-law addition. We talked about lot lines, setbacks and sewer access. with the info available we estimated the size and shape of the addition. I gave a verbal estimate of 50K contingent on an approved design plan. Mr [Member Name Removed]stated that was his entire budget. I produced and provided several floorplan drawings to choose from. We entered a contract to hire an engineer and provide a plan. I hired an engineer, and personally located lot corner markers and sewer elevation. I staked out the proposed corners and we waited a few weeks for the engineer to do a site visit. It was several more weeks to obtain the plan. In the meantime, COVID supply disruption was driving materials prices up. When the plans arrived, I provided them to Mr [Member Name Removed], as promised, and notified him I no longer believed we could complete the project for 50K. He and his wife were belligerent and I walked away. I understand Mr. [Member Name Removed] ;s frustration but it's misplaced in me or my efforts to help him."

This was a full remodel of an investment rental property. Brendan and his team did a great job. They provided a thorough quote, they completed the job on time and on budget, and they provided clear and regular communication throughout the project. They also went above and beyond time and time again, including by identifying issues for us and proposing cost-efficient solutions, and solving problems created by other vendors. I will absolutely hire them again for my next remodel. I would happily refer them to anyone who is considering a home remodel or other project.

Came out quoted me a job said that it would take a while , He finished the job I paid him he broken to the house wall and send him some pictures about it. I didn't cancel the check he came the following week and the other week and never came back and he sent his partner to do the work but I tried to call and text but didn't respond. He told his partner that he would be there to finish the job the next day and never showed I tried to call him I was hung on and he never returned to my text,

"We're thrilled that the project we were hired for was a complete success. It was also our pleasure to repair the poor patch job someone did on the old cat door. It's unclear to us how long it existed or if it was a result of our work as the original patch had no tape on the drywall joints. We are sorry we had to draw the line at using some ancient paint stored in the garage for who knows how long. Best Wishes."

I contacted Brendan about repairing a hole in the ceiling. Despite being little out of his usual range, he made time for me in no time. Extremely professional and friendly, great with my kids and dog. The work was done expertly and quickly for a reasonable price. Thinking about falling out of my attic again just to work with him again!

I was trying to do this project on my own and realized that I could not do mudding and taping no matter how many videos I watched. I reached out to Brendan about completing this part of my project and he came promptly as I was on a timeline to get it finished. He was very knowledgeable and has great customer service. Never once did he make me feel inept. He actually was super nice and gave me some great tips for the next time I come across this situation. I happened to come home early one day and he was letting my dog out and giving her fresh water before he left!! Talk about above and beyond! He did an excellent job for me And couldn’t have been happier with his service.
