This undrained water eventually made its way into the wrapped and environmental conditioned crawl space area under the main house. "

"I hired them to rebuild my deck stairs and restain my deck. I should have paid more attention to the reviews of their deck services because I had the same issues. Thad is very responsive and arrives on time. He does not give written estimates, just a verbal price. Since nothing regarding the scope of work was written down he forgot some of the things I had asked for and then said they would cost more. The deck stairs were structurally sound, but did not line up with my rails since they added an extra step and pushed the stairs further into my yard. I found another contractor through Home Advisor to remove the additional step so the stairs lined up with the rails and the landing again."

Had to be flexible on which day work was completed, but once that day came, he had a team of five or six workers show up and perform the work. They did FANTASTIC job. Cleared all leaves before applying new mulch, trimmed bushes to the size I asked, put roses in as I asked, took away all the debris, and the property looks great. Price was higher than I originally expected, but after seeing the crew and work, felt that I got a great value. Sorry for night photos, that's all I could take while submitting this review tonight. "
