Since nothing regarding the scope of work was written down he forgot some of the things I had asked for and then said they would cost more. The deck stairs were structurally sound, but did not line up with my rails since they added an extra step and pushed the stairs further into my yard. I found another contractor through Home Advisor to remove the additional step so the stairs lined up with the rails and the landing again."

Had to be flexible on which day work was completed, but once that day came, he had a team of five or six workers show up and perform the work. They did FANTASTIC job. Cleared all leaves before applying new mulch, trimmed bushes to the size I asked, put roses in as I asked, took away all the debris, and the property looks great. Price was higher than I originally expected, but after seeing the crew and work, felt that I got a great value. Sorry for night photos, that's all I could take while submitting this review tonight. Palm trees will not regrow from a stump once the tree has been cut down. This type of tree is unique because the root and stump system will slowly decay after the tree is gone, unlike other species that can regrow. That’s why it’s preferable to remove dead or decaying palm tree stumps quickly as they can become an eyesore and don’t offer future growing potential.

Generally, 1-2 hours per stump, depending on size and root depth.

The fastest way to remove a tree stump is to use a stump grinder. You can hire a professional stump removal service or rent the machine. If you choose to grind the stump out yourself, keep in mind these machines are large and can be difficult to transport and operate. A more affordable way to remove a tree stump is to use potassium nitrate pellets to accelerate decomposition, which can take four to six months.

It is possible to burn out a tree stump if it is dried out and in an area of your property with a large buffer. Drill holes in the stump and dig around the base so it burns more easily. Then, build a small campfire on top using kindling and firewood. You’ll need enough to keep the fire going for many hours to completely burn out the stump, especially if it’s large. 

Monitor the fire closely to ensure it doesn’t spread, and have a hose on hand if it starts to get out of control. When the fire is out, break apart the burned stump and dig out what’s left of it.
