After 2 more visits he said he thought the best way to solve problem was to install a French drain and put in a concrete patio. Benito did this while staying as close to my budget as materials would allow. I feel that Benito went above and beyond to solve my problem. His team dug down to the foundation, waterproofed, installed plastic sheeting, gravel and new drainage pipe. They also ran rain water from the gutter piping it to a drainage pipe located at the road.
