Fantastic job! Plants were beautiful and bigger than expected! Work was done in a friendly and professional manner. They were very responsive to changes we requested and there were several! They were happy to make changes. Ricky made some very helpful suggestions that worked really well for us. I have used Ricky and his team for years and will continue to do so!

Matthew is a fantastic on-site supervisor, and he constantly communicates issues and ideas with you in a timely fashion to ensure the best possible outcome!! If we could give Ricky McIntyre and his crew 6 stars, we would. Rick is an excellent communicator, honest, trustworthy, professional and very easy to work with. He was flexible and worked with us as the project evolved to perfect the plan. There were no hidden or surprise charges. They were very conscientious and paid attention to detail. Rick made sure we were happy every step of the way. They even had to work around a dog and took good care of him! When it came time to finish, they left the work site clean and better than when they found it. This was a remarkable experience we are so pleased with the work and the customer service. We’d definitely recommend them!!

I was very happy with the service I received from Ricky Mcintyre and Carolina Creations Landscaping. Prior to the work being done on Sept 15, 2020, Ricky came out to my house several times to discuss my needs and to make sure that what he had in mind would get the job done. On the day the work was done, there was an item which had been purchased for the job, the cost of which was included in my cost. However, the item was not used so Ricky reduced my cost but that amount. I appreciated his honesty. I would definitely hire him and his company again because I feel I can trust them.

We have just finished a landscaping project by Carolina Creations. We could not have had a better experience with Rick and his team. They were professional, accommodating and efficient. Everything was on schedule and very reasonably priced. We highly recommended this company and will definitely use them again.

Craig & his crew did an excellent job. They topped 2 trees, cut the branches, & cleaned up all the brush. They also cut the wood up into the lengths we ask so we can use it for firewood. We have already passed his name along to someone else. We would call him again if we needed this type of work done.

We hired Carolina Creations to remove leaves from our property, mulch some extensive planting areas and do pre/post emergent weed treatment. I really could not have been happier with them. They were very detailed when quoting the project, showed up exactly when they said they would, were very professional throughout, and did a wonderful job. I'd highly recommend them and plan on using them regularly myself in the future.

The initial work performed was adequate. They had to come back out and pull roots they missed. Due to a miscommunication I cannot lay blame completely on the landscaper as we should have gone with a different grass. Additional work was quoted but never performed. Never received a call back.

Ricky and his cre did a fabulous job. Ricky is conscientious, honest , and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the result.

The Carolina Creations Team was a pleasure to work with. They came out and regraded our backyard as well as some tree removal (medium size trees). Overall very please w/ the quality of work and price, would definitely recommend and use again.

Very pleased! I initially hired Ricky and his team to address a drainage issue on one side of our backyard, to remove some overgrown and dying shrubs, to plant new shrubs and lay down mulch, and install some EcoBorder edging that I'd planned to do myself. I was so pleased with the results (from Sept 2018, one day, about $1350), that I asked for an estimate to do the same with more and larger shrubs in the front and on one side of the house, mulching and edging as well (no drainage issue there). This project was complete in mid Oct 2018 and I'm very pleased with the results as well. Ricky's design experience shows. He listened to my goals and concerns and offered several options. While working on the front, his team discovered an issue with our sewer clean out and fixed it at little cost. This caused them to take part of a second day to complete the work, but understandably so. The only reason I gave a B instead of A for punctuality is because I didn't always know what time they would arrive, but since I work from home it wasn't an issue. The drainage issue was solved with something called a 'catch basin' and it performed wonderfully during two hurricanes that brought quite a bit of water. My husband was impressed. I am having Carolina Creations do the plant fertilization in spring and will certainly consider them for any future needs.

They were punctual, experienced, cordial and professional. I will always call Carolina Creations! Some of my neighbors say they are going to call these guys for their lawns.!!!

Rick was extremely easy to work with. He was prompt with the estimate and spent enough time with me to understand my wants and provide his recommendations. Work stated on time each day and the crew maintained a clean job site each day. A couple weeks after the completion of the job the drainage system was creating some minor runoff and even though the system was installed as I requested Rick came out and adjusted it at no cost.

Rick and his team were fantastic! Rick got back to me right away and was very honest and straight forward in his estimates and timelines. The price was what I had expected but the quality of the job exceeded my expectations. Rick, Robert and Steven strived for the level of perfection I would have gone for if I was capable of doing the job myself. Wow! My neighbors have been commenting on how great it looks and wanted to know who did the work so they might contact Rick. I'm already lining up what I want these guys to do next spring. Ricky and his team are great! I had a courtyard that was not usable due to the fact that the weeds and other unwanted plants had taken over the space. Ricky was very consultative and made suggestions on how to revamp the Courtyard. The team completed the work within 2 days and it looks great! I would definitely recommend hiring.

We are trying to sell our home and the consistent comments we are getting about the house is the landscaping is great. They corrected issues from a previous landscaper and they do beautiful work. Rick is very knowledgable and made some fantastic suggestions that makes our yard pop to prospective buyers. You need help - HIRE HIM!
