"Spencer is an amazing you man. He went out of his way to be helpful and did a fantastic job on my septic system. He had to find it first and then go down 3 ft. to get to it. He laid it out, put in a riser and pumped it clean. Most people I have hired don't do as thorough a job and just pump it and leave; he literally washed it out. I will recommend him to anyone."

"My septic system was installed and then later landscaped with rocks above it. Clear water Septic and Pumping was able locate the septic tank, remove the rocks, dig through feet of dirt, and successfully pump out the contents. To avoid having to go through this again they installed risers above the septic tank that clearly identify the clean out ports of the septic system. They worked hard and cleaned up the site after all their work. Recommend them to others with challenging septic tank needs."

"The A/C maintenance service was done quickly and professionally.   My A/C unit is 6 years old and did not require repairs.  The capacitor was replaced as a preventive measure which was an addition charge.   I purchased a "Deal" for $59.00 which was definitely a great buy.   There was one question if the service included condenser coil cleaning.  It did, but the technician did not know this.  I emailed Pro Plumbing Heating and Air to ask about it.  I got a very prompt response and an apology.  The technician came back to do the condenser cleaning at no additional charge.   They were very professional and wanted to make sure I was take care off.  I very much appreciate the great customer service and will definitely use this provider again in the future, especially since they can provide plumbing services as well.   I am very comfortable recommending this company based on this experience.

Septic Tanks questions, answered by experts

There are many reasons you may want to extend the depth of an existing well or drill a new, deeper well on your property. A deeper well can tap cleaner water sources—shallow water may contain more contaminants. With a deeper well, you’ll also have an easier time reaching the water table depth (the level at which underground water is found) and can get past tricky soil conditions.

Plus, if your local building code requires a minimum well depth for safety and environmental standards, you’ll meet the code by digging a deeper well in the first place.

Several signs can indicate a faulty well pump pressure switch. These include your pump running continuously, the pump not turning on at all, or a sudden and complete loss of water. Other symptoms are weak water pressure or an erratic, unpredictable water flow from your fixtures. If you notice these issues, the pressure switch may be the cause. Testing the switch can help diagnose the problem. A faulty switch will likely need to be repaired or replaced. If the issue is more complex, it's best to consult a professional well technician to ensure your water supply is restored correctly.

Digging a well can cost between $20 and $25,000, depending on your needs. If you’re looking to dig a well yourself, all you need is a shovel. If you’re looking to have a well drilled by a professional, you can expect to pay around $15 to $30 per foot. The total cost of drilling a well will average to $5,500.

Although air in your water lines won’t affect the overall quality of your water, it will lead to problems with your well water system if not addressed. Over time, too much air in your water lines can create blockages in your pipes, cause insufficient water flow to your taps and appliances, loosen pipes, and potentially damage important components of your well including your well pump and pressure tank.

The size of your water well pressure tank is limited only by your budget and the amount of space you have to use. Larger tanks can hold more water, meaning your well pump will need to cycle less often. This can extend the life of both the pressure tank and your well pump. Larger tanks cost more and take up more room, though.
