"I have used Pro Plumbing for years, and their quality has remained top-notch (some companies start out with stellar quality and service, but degrade over time). Today, I needed several things done (unclogging a slow drain, painting the fitting on a propane line, and fixing a leaky outside faucet), and Josh came out to perform all of the work (I sprung the final job on him last minute, and he was very professional and courteous - telling me that he had the necessary parts on his truck to do the work right then). Pro Plumbing practices up-front pricing, so after inspecting the areas where the work needed to be done, Josh was able to provide me with an itemized cost list, such that I could see exactly what I would be paying for each task (which allowed me the flexibility to choose whether or not I wanted to complete everything that day). Josh was very knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing as he went along - making sure that everything was working as expected once he had completed each job. He also inspected everything after he had tuned the water back on - to ensure proper water flow to all faucets. As a bonus, he even showed me where to find the backflow valve for my irrigation system. "Best water conditioning company in the Charlotte area! After dealing with high pressure commissioned sales reps from other water companies, I called Kim. I told her my story and she was so sweet. Scott the owner came to our house within a day, tested our water and made an honest recommendation without putting any pressure on us. Within a week, Mark came out and got everything installed and even moved the water shut off valve so it was more convenient for us. I immediately noticed a difference in our water and I am so happy with the results! They are great people and I highly recommend them!"

"I did not use their services, because they were more expensive than the one I chose, by about 20 percent. My gut instinct (which I ignored) was to go with this company. However, my wallet won over and I chose the other guy. Josh was very knowledgeable and professional. It is obvious that he takes his trade seriously. Out of all of the companies I spoke with he seemed to have a better grip on the situation. Unfortunately, I hired a pest control company to do the job. The crawl space is wetter than before. It is a disaster. In the future I will only hire pest guys to squash bugs. My HVAC tech said the mud is impassable and this is 2 months after getting it waterproofed.
