However, my wallet won over and I chose the other guy. Josh was very knowledgeable and professional. It is obvious that he takes his trade seriously. Out of all of the companies I spoke with he seemed to have a better grip on the situation. Unfortunately, I hired a pest control company to do the job. The crawl space is wetter than before. It is a disaster. In the future I will only hire pest guys to squash bugs. My HVAC tech said the mud is impassable and this is 2 months after getting it waterproofed.
