They took water samples, listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions (we had plenty) and set us up with everything we needed. The install was very thorough and even though nobody will see the equipment the install spot was left clean and the piping all looks nicely hung. That may not matter to everyone but I noticed. I really can tell a difference from other drinking water and I always fill my water bottle up at home before leaving the house because other water just does not compare.
