"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. "If you require chimney service and inspection, I highly recommend LKN. I've lived in my home for almost 2 years and never used the chimney. This xmas I would like to and hired LKN to give an inspection and possible clean. Anthony and his teammate came out and assessed the chimney and gave me a clean bill of health. Chimney did not need cleaning and inspections passed. Anthony provided a detailed report of the inspection and possible recommendation based on finding. Courteous. Professional. Friendly. "They were all very professional and friendly. They took pictures of the vent and I was able to see how bad it had gotten. They also suggested to change my dryer vent hose from the soft tin foil type to a more rigid flexible type and explained why it would be better. I did have them change it but I never felt pressured. I will definitely call them next time I need it cleaned!!!"
