My carpets were in bad shape. There were many stains. My furniture cushions were terrible to look at because of their stains, and yet David managed to get all of the stains out. He went room to room, assessing the carpet's condition and told me what I could expect, results-wise. He brought in his machine which worked fast and fairly noise-free.
