Filter reviews by service
"Brian, We are sorry you feel we were at fault in this situation. You already had a pre-existing backwashing line from the unit we were replacing. My company DID NOT install this pre-existing backwash line or your pre-existing backwash unit. You showed our company where the line was and where it went out of the house. You were good with us using this pre-existing line. When we installed our iron filtration system we tied the unit into this pre-existing backwash line. We had no way of knowing this backwash line was an issue. We looked at the backwashing lines, tested it and it was adequate. You called the next day to say your water heater wasn't working and was wet. We sent our service techs back out there to analyze the situation. When our team arrived we seen the water heater was wet. After a diagnostic check we discovered your licensed plumber had tied your water heater drain that was in another room to the backwash line that was designated for a water filtration system. Therefore this problem falls on the plumber that installed the line throughout the house. The plumber installed the tankless water heater line and the filtration unit line the first go around. We have to assume the tankless water heater installed passed code. We had no reason to believe this line was going to be an issue. We still don't know why your water heater was wet after our unit went into backwash if everything on the water heater drain line was installed correctly. We also don't understand why you want call the licensed plumber and ask him why was this installed this way. Or you could call the county inspector and ask how this passed. We are not licensed to install gas water heaters so we have to assume what was done was done correctly. The bottom line is whoever installed the water heater several rooms over and ran piping throughout the house and in the walls and into the exterior and joined into the pre-existing backwash line we have to assume it was done correctly. We can't give any advice or fix anything pertaining to the water heater or it's lines. If your water heater is wet after our unit goes into backwash mode we have to assume the line going up into your water heater is faulty (no check valve, one way valve etc). We are puzzled as to why you think this is our fault."
"Jimmy we installed the sulfur eliminator for you on 11/23/2020. You called my office on Jan 15, 2021 to let me know you were having problems with your smell again. I asked if you could go out and check the filter and the nozzle head and you stated you couldn't. (The Sulfur Eliminator is a homeowner friendly product that we sell across the US). I told you that I would get you on the schedule and I would stop by there when I was in the area. On Jan 22, 2021 your wife called and I explained to her that I just haven't been able to get by there and I would get by there the following week that I still had you on my schedule. I have to put the customers completely out of water first. Then your daughter called back within 1 min. She proceeded to tell me she was going to kick my a** if I didn't come by there, called me several derogatory names that I can't even mention on here and swore we had just been out there in Jan which was not correct. Mitch called you back and said due to the nature of what happen with your daughter we would not be coming out to your home because we had been threatened and that if you sent the Sulfur Eliminator back we would refund you, your money. Jan 25 you called my office again wanting us to come out there and take the Sulfur Eliminator off so we could refund you. Mitch advised you again you would have to mail it back. Due to the nature of your family threatening us with violence we would not step foot on your property and that as soon as we got the product back we would issue you a refund. You then called on Jan 26 to get the address to ship the product back and I was on the other line with other customers. You left me a message. I returned your call & you proceeded to tell me that I could keep my money because you weren't going to mail anything back. To sum it up I had you on schedule to look at the issue and I returned your calls but because I wasn't fast enough nor was I going to take your derogatory name calling you leave a bad review! I've been in business for over 35 years and I have thousands of happy customers!"
"On 8/6/2020 we installed a whole filtration system and the sulfur eliminator for Trish. When our company installs a whole house filtration, we always advise the customer that, they will get replacement filters from Lowes or Home Depot. When it?s time to replace the filter, they would generally take the filter out or take the extra filter we have left and take it with them to hardware store so they could get the correct size. Lowe's carries two sizes standard (which is what the filter she needed is and large) Trish called my office on 9/17/2020 to say that she was having low water pressure. I advised her that she needed to change the filters with new filters. A normal filter change is every month, 2 months or 3 months depending on how the iron level is on their well. She asked me for the name brand of the filter housing but we buy our supplies from Driller Service and they don?t sell to the public. Driller Service and your local hardware store do not carry the same name brands. So name brand wouldn?t really help her. She explained to me how her husband had been in the hospital and how it would be hard for her to go out. I told her I would sell her a few filters and ship them by mail. We do not do this but I was trying to help her out in the situation she was in with her husband. It's kinda like heating and air they don't change out your air filters every month you go to Lowe's and get replacement filters and change it yourself. Trish called on Saturday afternoon to say she had not gotten the filters. I explained to her that I tried to ship them through USPS online and the message I got from USPS was her address was non-deliverable. I advised her that meant I would have to go up to the post office on Monday and mail them out myself instead of the postal worker putting them up. Trish said to me on your website it says you are open 24/7. I explained to her that I answer the phone 24/7 but we only do emergency service work on Saturday which would be someone completely with NO WATER. Later Trish she sent me a picture of a filter that she bought and I told her it was too big. She advised that she was upset I didn?t get the filters out to her and she wanted a refund. I advised her once again that we don?t sell replacement filters and that I was trying to do her a favor by shipping them to her. I would be happy to refund her what I charged her for the filters on Monday. First thing Monday morning I refunded her the $44. We install hundreds of whole house filtration units a year. I?ve never had a customer have such a problem getting a filter as she has. I?m not sure if she didn?t realize to take the filter with her to Lowes or what but they have tons of filters I see them all of the time. We try very hard to please our customers as you can see I have great reviews! Unfortunately there are some customers you just can't please no matter what you try to do and help them. It's important to note that she called me on Thursday afternoon I tried to ship them Friday but couldn't. I was leaving to go to a conference Friday morning so I couldn't drop them off at the post office due to time."
"Steve, When we came out there the first time back in Feb, your holding tank was bad, which had caused your well pump to go bad. When we replaced everything, you had great water and water pressure. Then, shortly after, you started experiencing inconsistent pressure, so we came back out there to discover a rock has gotten sucked up in your piping and was causing the 2nd problem. You had 2 different issues at 2 different times. The rock did not cause the first problem if that is what you are trying to imply."
