Working with Triangle Radiant Barrier has been a breadth of fresh air. Their entire organization including their installation team is top notch and extremely professional. They presented options in a very clear and segmented way such that it is so easy to understand and make a decision. On top of that the owner hosted a video call to go over the options and answer any questions. They are absolutely the best. I enjoyed working with them and will do the same if future needs arise.

This company is fantastic! The entire process was full of excellent customer service. From the initial consultations, to discussing options, answer all questions patiently and thoroughly, and giving practical advice and guidance which included advising against paying for something we didn't need. If that wasn't enough, they are very competitively priced and beat the competition by a good margin. Then as a final step, they come back out and make sure you are 100% satisfied with all aspects of the work and process.

They did my entire crawl space encapsulation. They installed a dehumidifier and just placed it on an uneven ground. I called several times to complain that it was leaking on the ground and they told me to try an level it. I asked why they did not attach it to the ceiling and they said it was not part of the quote. I told them that it was not installed correctly then and they told me they would come out and install it correctly after I paid them a trip charge of 129 and then they would bill me for the install. I told them that it was not put in correctly the first time and they did not seem to care much about that part of the job. I told them that they can come out and install it correctly and I would pay and then I would write a review. After they came out they just laid the pump back on the floor and said that they could put that up at the ceiling so it would not drag on the floor but that would be an extra charge and service call. What about doing things correctly the first time?????? Looks like they just want to nickel and dime you to death.

Great experience with this team! I spoke with several companies regarding improvements for my crawlspace. I had falling insulation, mold and mice and snakes were making their home under my house! Triangle Radiant Barrier provided the most reasonable solution. Matt patiently explained the various options and did not apply any pressure to upsell me on anything. My crawlspace estimate came with detailed explanation of what was found and pictures of the entire crawlspace. Installation went smoothly with the crew and the project was finished ahead of schedule. My crawlspace looks beautiful and no unwanted critters live there now!

The end result surpassed all expectations and we are already seeing the change in our homes environment. On the rare occasion there was a miscommunication, it was handled promptly and to our satisfaction. No final payment was requested until one of the owners came to do a quality assurance inspection with us present. Everything was documented with photos both before and after completion. Triangle Radiant Barrier did a great job installing radiant barrier in our unfinished storage and attic. I was pleased with the whole process from the beginning where all the options for treatment were clearly explained, to the professionalism of crew who did the install, and to the final inspection. The insulated zipper door for the attic stairs is great so I don't have insulation falling down every time I touch the pull-down ladder.

We hired Triangle Radiant Barrier to install spray foam insulation in a bonus room we were finishing. This is a professional operation. They responded to my inquiries promptly, provided a clear and detailed estimate, and worked with me every step of the way to coordinate the schedule. The process was smooth and easy, with online estimates, invoices, and payment processing. Needless to say, the work itself was flawless as well. This was a complex process that I hadn't been through before, but Matt Patmon went out of his way to explain everything and answer questions. And when inevitable confusions arose, Matt went out of his way to help solve problems and keep us on schedule, even when this went outside the scope of the contract. From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences I have had with any home-improvement contractor.

Caroline and crew did great work. They were prompt, efficient, professional and courteous. We'll have to wait until much warmer weather to see the effect, but so far, so good.

The whole team who worked to improve the insulation in our main and cubby attic was doing a professional and awesome job. Starting with Bryan who was giving us a free estimation for the attic and crawlspace improvement based on video and photos to Rakim who was the team leader, and he was working continuously to finish the work in time, all communication process was excellent. In the future definitely planning to consider their services.

I called several companies and decided on Triangle Radiant Barrier - and am I glad I did. They did an excellent job and all their employees were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Due to the pandemic, there were shortages in materials and I was informed along the way what would be happening and when it would happen. While I never want this to happen again, if it did I would know immediately who to call!

Everything went according to plan. Crawlspace insulation was replaced and closed space was sealed up. A air inducer was also installed. The environment is totally different down there now and is much closer to the temperature of the house. I kept my vapor barrier the same.

I have never had such a good experience with a contractor as I did with Matt Patton and Brock Emmons of Triangle Radiant Barrier! Instead of just giving me what I originally asked for, they provided information and guidance as to the application that would best suit my attic. As it turns out, what I thought I wanted was totally wrong and would've cost more and been a complete waste of money. I followed their expert advice and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I turned my heat off during the installation process and forgot to turn it back on for a couple of days. Once everything was sealed, the temperature in my home never went below 65. The difference in my house is like night and day and I'm so happy I had the work done. Kevin, the installer, was also very professional and really paid attention to detail. His work was followed up with a routine inspection by Brock to make sure that I was satisfied with the job and provide the warranty. Companies with integrity like this are very hard to come by these days and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have insulation installed. I'm actually looking forward to seeing my utility bills because I know the savings are there. Thanks, guys!!

I had Triangle Radiant Barrier(TRB) renovate my crawlspace. I was having moisture issues and needed the problem addressed. I called TRB and the owner came to the house, inspected the crawlspace, discussed my options and once my desired option was confirmed the wheels were set in motion. The work crew had to work in stages due to another issue that I needed fixed under the house. The company was more than willing to work with my scheduling. They tore out the old insulation, Dry Ice blasted, sealed all entry points around pipes and vents, installed a dehumidifier, installed Bora Foamboard and installed the vapor barrier. The outcome is wonderful. The work crews were very professional and really care about the work that is being performed. The owner is very accomodating and professional and also really cares about the customer. The Customer Service is outstanding. If anyone is looking for a company to renovate their crawlspace, look no further, this is the company to hire.
