"I had another come out and service my furnace and when I did that they came up with like $1200 worth of work. So what I did, I thought I would get a second quote. So, a friend of mine told me about Bull City Heating & Air, so I called them and I told them exactly what the other one told me. They went under and basically said there was no problem. There was a switch or a turn that had to be tightened, so they tightened it. There was something else that needed to be replaced and they said "No it didn't need to, it had a little rust."
