"Great. I was told by a plumber who went under the house that I had a lot of mildew. When Andrew came, he inspected it and he told me it was not that bad, where as he could have taken advantage of me and charge me more (for example is the issue was on the insulation). I went into the crawlspace with him and verified. He educated me one how they would remove it. I took "before" pictures. He also explained the liner, which will prevent future issues and bring it up to current "specs". So, I paid for that. After: The crawl space joists were perfectly clean! The liner was perfectly laid. l took "after" pictures. It literally smelled cleaned too. He met me on time and finished on time. Definitely a great job."

Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation.
