"We had our shower completely redone. It looked great but one of the bars came in the incorrect color. Joey Kun came out and changed the bar. While he was here, we mentioned that the hot water didn't seem to have much power. He took apart the shower fixture and fixed the hot water valve. He also removed some silicon fingerprints from the doors that had been left during installation that we could not remove with glass cleaner. He was very professional and willing to make us satisfied with the project. We appreciate his willingness to look at the couple of items that were not originally on the work order so that we didn't have to make another appointment to have someone else come out. He was just great to work with!!"

"The installer wasn't feeling well and arrived later than expected (approximately 45 minutes later) . He called and informed me of this.  He installed the bi-fold door within an hour.  The back storm door required more work.  The iron railings had to be removed and the awning expanded to accommodate the storm door.  The fixtures holding the awning were difficult to remove, broke the bit on the power tool.  He ended adjusting the awning manually.  The storm door was installed and the railings were put back in place.
I was told that the railings couldn't remain there with a storm door installed by another installer.  But because I live in a townhome and we have an association,  I didn't want to not have the railings, or to alter them drastically.  I am completely happy with the way finished work looks and performs.

"After contacting Bautista Bros., Hugo came out and we discussed the work that needed to be done and agreed on a tentative date to begin. I have never seen anyone work as hard and as consistently as  these men. The work done on the roof (at a previous time) was a very big job and they worked from around 8 until it got too dark out and they finished the job. Bautista Bros. are very versatile and do excellent work for a fair price. While pulling out the washer to install the flooring Hugo noticed that the plumbing fixtures were rotted and leaking, something I had not known. He readily offered to take care of the problem and as usual did a great job.
Whenever I have anything at all that needs work I will always call Bautista Bros. first. Hugo has said that he cannot always  do more advanced work in some areas but so far there has been nothing he has not been able to repair. His work is high quality and I would recommend him to any one. And, he is a nice guy.
