Fred assisted us in installing an 85-inch TV on drywall. Due to a delivery delay, we had to adjust the schedule, and he was quite supportive during the rescheduling process. Although I had my own mounting bracket, he noted that the included screws might not be sturdy enough and opted to use his own robust screws. In summary, Fred did a commendable job with the TV installation.
