"I have no words to express my admiration for the professionalism of these people. We hired them for the second time, and they did a perfect job. They had to remove 7 70ft trees, some of which were dead and dried up, some leaning towards the house, and others diseased and infested with insects. The guys came with the necessary equipment and completed the work without any issues or damage to the property. They even cleaned up the yard afterwards. The amount of time it takes for a tree trunk to rot depends on several factors, including the tree’s size, species, and environmental conditions. It can take anywhere from a few years to several decades for a tree’s trunk to rot. A tree stump, on the other hand, can take up to 10 years to disappear after it’s decayed naturally.

The best time to transplant a tree is when it is dormant. For many trees, this means either in the fall after the leaves have dropped (around October or November) or in early spring before new growth begins (around March). The ideal timing can depend on the type of tree. Deciduous trees do well when moved in early spring or fall, while evergreens are best transplanted in early spring or late summer. For example, pine trees are best moved in early fall, but maples prefer late fall. Avoid transplanting in winter, as the frozen or hard, cold soil poses a significant risk to the roots and prevents the tree from acclimating properly.
