"Hands down the best group of professional guys! Highly recommend this company for your tree work. Very prompt, knowledgeable, affordable, friendly, and take pride in their work. They took extra caution to not mess up the yard and other trees not cut. I will definitely be using their tree service again in the future!"

"This company is the best I've ever used. Workers that know how to WORK. Their start time was 8:00am and they were here at 8:02. I had very tall tree but they know what they were doing and was able able to finish (after tree cutting ,triming and grinding at 3:30 pm ! They will be my tree company forever. Great guys like Vincent and grinder George was outstanding, they listen to what I needed and did everything that had to be done. Clean up was fast and great! They have the right equipment and people to hand it all. My hats off to All Green! Great job and worth every penny. Thanks again Guys. Les J, Browns Summit,NC"

Small jobs welcome

"CJ and Ben did a great job. They got to my house on time; in fact they were early. Two of the rooms had badly stained carpets. I was very pleased with the amount of stains they were able to remove from the floor. I highly recommend them."

"I was nervous about hiring someone to complete this job for me because I was nervous about being taken advantage us as a single woman. Alan was very knowledgeable, genuine, and honest with his assessment of my project, realistic expectations, and fair estimates/pricing. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and efficiently. I am very satisfied/happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this company and use them in the future for any of my landscaping needs."

Arborists questions, answered by experts

Most tree surgeons cost around $100 per hour or between $70 and $200 per hour for their services. You might get flat fees for more straightforward services, like a tree assessment, tree removal, stump grinding, and one-off treatments, but many times, treatments for tree diseases or pests will be charged based on an hourly rate or a per-visit rate. Since the cost of a tree surgeon can vary widely, it’s best to speak with an arborist near you to get an idea of what your particular issue will cost to correct.

Most experts recommend removing a tree that has sustained more than 25% loss in the limbs, trunk, or circumference of the bark. Doing an initial trimming of damaged and dangling branches, but then waiting a few days of monitoring to decide how much more you might need to cut can help you better assess the total damage to the tree. However, consulting a tree maintenance pro to make this determination the best course of action before removing a tree.

In most cases, your neighbor is responsible for roots from their tree that cause damage to your property. If your pavement, the foundation of your home, or a fence is damaged by roots from a neighbor’s tree, you likely will have legal recourse for financial relief. While it’s better to notify your neighbor of any problems you notice as soon as they arise to avoid costly damage, there are some instances where filing a civil suit is your only recourse. Your homeowner’s insurance company might wish to do so on your behalf if you file a claim.

The typical lifespan of a Bradford pear is relatively short, only 15 to 25 years. However, these trees have issues long before their life is over. Due to their soft wood and fast-growing branches, Bradford pear trees often split around 15 years, making them a risk for falling branches and more prone to disease.

Generally, you do not have the right to take fruit from a neighbor's tree, even if the branches overhang your property. The fruit is considered the property of the tree's owner. While you may have the right to trim branches that cross into your yard, the fruit on them typically still belongs to your neighbor. However, laws can vary by state and municipality. In some areas, branches that extend into your yard or trees that straddle a property line may entitle you to some of the fruit. The best course of action is to speak with your neighbor, as they may be happy to share. If a conversation is not possible, check your local regulations before picking any fruit.
