Their customer service representative called me the morning of the work day to confirm what time they expected to arrive and she called me again to tell me they were on their way. She was easy to reach when I had questions, very professional and friendly. We had a tree removed, and several large trees trimmed down. The work men were polite and professional. They got straight to work, checked with me that all was as I wanted and then cleaned up to perfection. Rates were reasonable also. I got a call afterwards asking if all was to my satisfaction. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible."
