To list the initial problems: Wrong equipment ordered and installed Wrong refrigerant used compared to agreed upon quote Work until after midnight No way to install air filters Time promised - initially was told 1 day… but became 2 weeks Upon mentioning these issues, the price was adjusted to match the frustration - and was promised that they did not do business this way. Hired them for a second phase of our overall install project - only ran into the same kinds of issues - never shows up when promised, always running behind, don’t do the promised work. Overall - an absolute pain to work with! Even today, came to finally fix the original air filter issue - but took the old grate and added hinges instead of fixing as promised. DO NOT HIRE!"
