"My wife and I have used R and C Services Heating and Cooling to service our heating and air conditioning systems for almost 15 years. I should have written a review long ago. They are exceptionally responsive, they explain what they are going to do extremely well, our efficient in solving the problems or doing the checkups, and respond quickly to urgent situations. Chris and his staff recently did two projects for us over the period of about a week and a half. "ARS is the HVAC service provider since we bought this house from the builder. Furthermore, ARS was the HVAC sub during its construction. This visit was to remove a worn-out humidifier, replace it, and replace a UV bulb. Jonathan was the technician. He provided excellent service."

"The technician cleaned and calibrated the air conditioner. He pointed out that we had a part that was aging and could possibly fail at any time. He asked if we wanted to replace it. We told him to do what he needed to do to get the air conditioner working at full capacity. He quoted a price of $132. After checking our account, he returned to tell us that the part is covered under the 10 year warranty. He was very thorough and meticulous with his work.
We have dealt with Duggan for 8 years and had our unit serviced spring and fall each year. The office always communicates with the customer and let you know when the technician is on the way. During the eight years, all the technicians were knowledgeable, professional and  are always very polite. They wear shoe covers when in the house and leave their work area clean.

Then I got them to come and put in a new Generac Generator and that was done very well, and it now is an operational unit for an emergency power outage. The project was completed in two days time. Care was taken to protect my wood floors and carpeting. All the old equipment was hauled away at the end of each day.
