Responded to our call immediately. Checked on and quoted cost to repair old air conditioning unit. Then ultimately ordered a new Trane system at our request. The unit was ordered and installed in less than a week. Cleaned after themselves when work was complete. Covered there feet when they came inside my home to install the new thermostat. Great job!

They came out to look at the unit and told me that I didn't need any assistance with the unit I just needed an electrician to hook the plug back up. They are the best, they didn't even charge me to have the unit inspected.

We keep going back to them because of their honesty and they are efficient. They come once a year and service our air conditioner and our heater. I think they are reasonable in price. The father started the company and the son took over.

The response time was excellent.  I called about the problem and the tech came the very next day at the appointment time given.  Both the office manager who took my calls and the tech were very pleasant helpful people.  I much appreciated how nice they were to work with and would happily use them in the future.

Called Bolen with our problem on Monday, they came out on Wednesday & Thursday they had their estimate for the job ready.  We did get another estimate from another company for comparison.  Bolen was replacing older pipes, pans & pad..along with anything that wasn't "up to code".  Other company took shortcuts on many items.  BOLEN won hands!  2 weeks tops...estimate...order unit..installed.  Professional crew...Great local company to work with on replacing HVAC.

They're a family business who were very competitive with the price, and we'd had several estimates. Also, their customer service was excellent. The husband and wife both came out to the house. Her parents started the business and she does the books and he does the work and they're very easy to talk to and you could feel they were very trustworthy. They fulfilled the contract, came out when we needed them, were readily available and we'd recommend them to anybody who wants a good air conditioner with excellent service because they installed it and when there was a small problem they came back. It was just a line that had to have a steeper angle so it would drain better and they fixed it with no problems and they didn't charge us because it was under warranty. And, they cleaned up after themselves which was refreshing. They do a standard six-week inspection after they put it in to make sure everything is right, that we're satisfied and there are no problems, all at no charge.

My overall experience rates as a D negative. They make a lot of money for doing nothing and there is nothing I can do about it. I definitely would not use them again.
