    It is part of my maintenance agreement. I bought my heating unit from them. You get what you pay for. They are very professional. They are clean. They make sure everything is done correctly. When I did have some issues, they were very responsive in getting them fixed.

    Used another provider. Found unit could have been fixed. There was no cracks in heating unit as Don Hall supervisor cailmed. There was no leak in Unit either for other provider was able to get the freon out of old unit

    Steve is a good guy, friendly and answered my call quickly. He was able to come right over and get a new hot water heater set up and took care of the old one. He even helped me move some of the things in the room that I realized the leak in my old water heater created and got the carpet soaked.

    Went in for transmission service as part of the limited lifetime powertrain warranty, plus other regular service. While working on it, they found that the oil pan was leaking, so replaced that gasket also.

You would think a simple call to a customer explaining backlog or schedule repair date should not take more than 5 minutes. Will give them until later today and then move on..."
