Taylor called to confirm the appointment and updated me on his arrival. Taylor is very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, offered suggested approaches, was honest about the outcome, but ultimately let me decide what I wanted to do. He wasn't pushy at all and great at answering questions.

Would definitely recommend this company. I called them when my AC went out in 90 degree weather. Taylor told me what he thought might be wrong and he was exactly right. Was at my house 2 hours after my call. That's rare to get someone out so quickly. My AC was up and running 1/2 hour after his arrival. Great service. Efficient, and courteous service. Will use this company from now on.

I told him what the ac was doing and he knew right off what the problem was. He went to the truck and got the part and put it in. The ac started right up and started cooling the house down.
