I also had an issue with my oven and he advised me on the best way to go forward with that as well. 123 always either answers my call right away or calls me right back. "went through Angi for a refridgerator repair for back leaking water and ice maker did not working.Kenneth was the first one to call me, so I went with him. He came out and open the back lower cover clean it and said now everything will be ok just wait 24 hrs the ice maker will start making ice, paid him $140.00. Until next day nothing happened, l call him back he came and said it need a new pipe line from the filter and after changed it I paid him $100.00 same thing I waited until the next day nothing happened, I called him again he came and said need to change the valve in the back, paid him $80.00 that day which was April 4th. Now the water dispenser works and ice maker said 24 hrs to start dropping ice until next day no ice, I called him he came back the next day and said the ice maker need to be changed for $220.00 I said never mind I don’t need ice. yesterday the water dripping again he said he will and check but he didn’t show up and didn’t answer the phone and I left for him a voice message on his phone number 980-577-8943. I was so frustrated and I don’t recommend this person to do any work for anyone. I am giving the worst rating I can and will not use the service again. Mirghani Mohamed"

Reached out to the owner on a couple occasions - despite him reading the texts (might want to remove the read receipt) - no response (have texts documented). "LG sent out Cemi for a dryer repair. The person came out for a total of 5 minutes and stated he would need to order a part but failed to inspect the dryer. We were charged $125 for a service that was NOT performed. We never received a phone call, text, or email regarding the dryer getting fixed. We waited and finally reached out July 1 and the phone call went straight to voicemail. The mailbox was full so we could not leave a voicemail. This company lacks communication, coordination, and professionalism. I would not work with them. They are unreliable. Waste of time and money."
