Our service technician Jason was great! Parts were under warranty but labor cost for one hour work was crazy high. Looks like they overcharge for labor to cover for the supposedly warrantied parts.

I am extremely satisfied after hiring this company and needing them two times. I had the maintenance done on my air conditioning system and then today I needed help setting up the proper temperatures for my nest pro thermostat. Calling and obtaining service was a breeze and the contractor showed up both times as promised and very cordial, educated and experienced. I highly recommend this company by the way I also took the contract for a year. You can’t beat the terms especially when you’re getting such satisfactory service. You stay stay wait wait I’m only going over here.

A+ did a great job troubleshooting a compressor operating issue. Rather than being an electrical issue, it turned out to be a tiny break in very old copper tubing managing the refrigerant. The pressure loss led to operating failure. What was impressive is that they brought out two technicians that afternoon to install a new connection between the air handler and compressor. They were efficient and neat in their work. Heat was restored. A challenging problem addressed in one day

A.J. installed a new electrical meter panel today. He found the rust and the problem that no one else had. I cannot say enough good things about A. J.. He honestly saved us money and headaches in the long run. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and personable as well. A. J. finds a way to save us money when it is possible. He always gets right to work and finishes the job well and in a timely fashion. He lets us know every step in the process, takes photos of the work, and communicates well with the home office and Brunswick Electric. He made sure that Brunswick Electric inspected and passed the job. After only 10 years our HVAC system had to be replaced due to the poor quality used by the builder. A+ installed a new premier system by Lennox in a very timely fashion. They techs were knowledgeable and professional. In addition to an excellent price, the new system has made a tremendous improvement in the comfort of our home. The job was so good, we signed up for a 3 year annual service plan.
