CMA came out to install two air conditioner units in my home in 2019. About a month ago, I the downstairs unit stopped working. I called them and they came out and told me to change the filters. Of course, that did not work. I called them back and told them that was not the issue, and they gave me a hard time about coming back. When they came back the second time, they found that the fan in the downstairs unit had stopped working. The parts are under warranty, and I paid roughly $400 for labor. Yesterday I called them because my upstairs unit was not working. The woman in the office said that they were booked out 3 weeks. I told her that since I had spent over $10K with them for the units in 2019, I think they need to come back and fix the issue. The woman then stated that the technicians did not want to come back. I nor my husband were rude to any technicians when they came to work on my units. However, my husband is black and I am white, so maybe the problem is that the family owned company are a bunch of racist. I would not use this company unless you enjoy throwing money away and horrible customer service for spending your money.

Amazing service. After having the "we're here until midnight" company come out to look at what we needed done we called CMA to provide us a quote. CMA's quote was less than half of what the "here until midnight" company wanted and CMA's quote was for a significantly better system. Would we hire them again? Absolutely, without a doubt. And we recommend them to all of our friends. Mike has a team of workers with the kind of work ethic we wish all service providers had. Mike provides them an excellent example-hard working and honest. His office staff is incredible too. You will not be sorry hiring them.

Mike reconfigured the air duct layout and it drastically improved the way the air moved though the house. No more hot spots! Mike makes sure everything is done right. I recommend CMA Mechanical to everyone.

Very professional, knowledgeable and engaging. Listened to my concerns & was able to correct the issues. Very honest; told me my A/C unit was is good shape. It took a while but he was able to fix the issue with my Nest. I will definitely call them in the future. The money paid included them coming back in the fall to maintain my heater.

The best word to describe the customer service is "WOW". Mike (owner) goes out of his way to provide the best possible customer service and he doesn't stop until he exceeds your expectations. Mike is an ex-Marine who brings that same discipline to his business to do the job right, down to the final inspection. I hired him based off other Angie List recommendations now I see why he has consistently been rated so highly. I had my entire HVAC system (compressor, gas furnace, blower, duct work, vents and thermostat) replaced. Mike recommended an affordable system to best fit my needs. His price beat another quote I'd gotten by $1,500. His installers have many years experience with HVAC and I always felt very comfortable dealing with them. I would definitely hire again if needed.
