Very professional and mindful of us working while he was there. Did the work very quietly and we hardly knew he was there.

They were very honest they quoted me a price but when they were unable to get to some of the ducts they reduced the price for me. We were happy with the overall service and will use them again in the future if we needed to.

They arrived early, took care with everything they did. They ensured that the vents were as clean as possible, picked up after themselves and didn't wear their shoes in the house. We couldn't be happier. Best value for the work performed and money well spent.

Very professional. About a bushel of lint was removed from of dryer vent, which runs the length of the garage. I was able to see debris removed from floor vents and dryer vent. Family members have noticed an improvement in air quality.

Frye's did an excellent job with our home. They arrived on time, were very professional and were very thorough in laying down tarps etc. to keep the house clean. They needed to come back a second time because their hoses didn't reach up to our attic unit but they did so without additional cost. Overall a very good experience and would recommend their services.

They did a great job! I have a large 3 story house with 3 ac units. They had the proper portable equipment to even handle the tough to reach 3rd floor and into the attic. Mr Frye and his team did a great through job of cleaning all the vents. Highly recommended!

Fry'es also gave me a good price on cleaning the dryer vent at a townhouse I own. I didn't need the air ducts cleaned, which is something typically done as part of a bundled package (air ducts with dryer vent cleaning). Good deal and good work. Would use them again. I especially like the fact the owner is a retired firefighter and knows what he's doing to prevent hazardous situations that clogged vents can cause!

He had a huge machine that he used to clean out all our air ducts. He also cleaned our dryer vents as well. He included the dryer cleaning for free just for being an Angie's List member and I really appreciated that. Him and another guy were real thorough, went up on the attic to make sure where all the ducts were located. They did a really good job and I would use them again in the future.

Very punctual and professional. Went through what they were gonna do then ok'ed it with me. They showed me the vents before and after and told me about getting a new screen for my return vent. They did an awesome job and my wifes' sneezing has gone away!

They came out and did a great job. But what I liked is that when we found some issues they came back and took care of them. They then made sure everything was right. Price wise they were expensive. We will use them in the future.

They were great. They were very professional and very thorough. They communicated well and they were timely. We would highly recommend them. It was expensive but going in we didn't know how much work it would be. There were two men and they spent most of the day here. We would use them again.

I was very impressed w/the total service. Mr. Frye found heavy mold/mildew in the main A/C duct of our home on the main level (we have 2 separate systemms) and showed me the problem. This type of main duct could not be safely cleaned and he recommended removal of the duct and replacement with a better quality main duct. He did not want to loosen and put more mold into the air of an already sick home. Frye's did clean all the smaller supplies on the main level, dryer vent and the upstairs system entirely. The dryer vent was absolutely full of debris and was precariously close to being totally jammed and could have caused a vent fire.

We were very pleased with the work performed, Mr. Frye's knowledge to NOT loosed the mold in the main duct and his recommendation for replacement. Our bill was reduced from the original bid as they did not clean that main duct.
I would highly recommend Frye's.

Don called me several days before my scheduled date and explained that since the snow was melting he thought we should reschedule it for the following week. I was impressed with the fact that he called me personally! We talked for awhile and he took the time to explain things to me. The first call to the business provided the same professionalism. I was told how the process works, where I could go to look online to find out what exactly they would be doing, and she quoted me exactly what I was charged. The crew arrived right on time, did their work promptly and accurately, and then they even locked up the place for us. I felt like we were treated very well and would highly recommend this company!

We had renovated our home recently including refurbishing of the hard wood floors. So our air ducts were very dirty. Frye's team was extremely thorough and meticulous with their work. Their level of care really showed. And our air quality seemed to improve immediately. Amazing value for the money.

My wife handled the entire transaction herself... I never met the team... but the wife was delighted with the service personnel. We will be calling Frye back to do our dryer vent yearly; the AC vents can go longer, but not 10 years. The service is not cheap... but we feel like we got a good value. There were no upselling once they got to our home.

A 3 man crew arrived for the job including Don and his son on time and was very profesional (took off shoes in house, etc). They performed the services as described including using a wet / dry vac on ducts prior to hooking up to the truck. Before they left I found a return vent that was not cleaned, but they gladly came back to finish the job. The dryer vent was extremly backed up and well worth the clean. The price was not the cheapest, hence my "B" rating. I've also had HVAC professionals offer varying opinions on the getting this done in retrospect. They indicated the wisp used is very rough on the flex type ducts I have and can generally cause damages. Only giving a "B" giving them the benefit of the doubt. Overall I have mixed feelings about the cost and benefit given other issues with my system, but if you are going to do it would recommend Frye's. Beware of the flyers you get in the mail, some of these companies do not seem legit to me.

After having our hardwood floors refinished, we decided to have our air ducts cleaned. This had not been done since we had lived in our home. In searching Angie's List, we found that Frye's Air Duct Cleaning had great reports. I called to inquire about their services and Amy Frye gave me details on what they would do to clean the ducts and inspect the system. She quoted me a price. Don Frye and his co-worker came out and did a great job for us. They were extremely hard workers and explained the process as they worked. I can highly recommend them to anyone considering this service!! Great people to deal with and hard workers.

They were prompt and professional, the service was excellent.

Both Don (owner/father) and Ben (son) were amazing. They were punctual, extremely pleasant, kept us informed of the progress and their findings along the way. I would definitely recommend them to friends. Very professional and pleasant experience!

They are extremely professional, respectful and thorough. It was a great experience all the way around. Mrs. Frye explains the entire process on the phone and gives you an estimate based on your number of units and vents. They were able to accomodate my desired date of service by moving some work around, which I greatly appreciated. They arrived at 9:30 (the owner, his son, and another experienced gentleman) and worked until 3:30 pm - we have a big house. They don't stop for lunch - they work right on through. They know what they're doing and they use a "whip" to clean all of the air ducts. They lay down cloths, take their shoes off, and are extremely careful as they work. They report any odd findings and will spray for mold if you request it (no additional charge but some people don't like to have the chemicals). Everyone in the family has remarked how clean the air smells now. We had a lot of construction/home improvements performed over the past 2 years and I had been waiting to complete it so that I could get this final cleaning performed. It is such a pleasure to know that I am breathing the cleanest air possible in a 32 year old house. Great company and owner, family run business, very trustworthy and I highly recommend them. I am very picky and they were just as careful as I would be when going into someone's home.

Overall it could not have gone any better. They were a pleasure to work with and were able to come out within a couple days to perform the work. Took roughly 4 hours including the dryer vent cleaning and teh whole time, Don was very personable and respectful of the house. I highly recommend Frye's and will defintiely use them in the future!
