went through Angi for a refridgerator repair for back leaking water and ice maker did not working.Kenneth was the first one to call me, so I went with him. He came out and open the back lower cover clean it and said now everything will be ok just wait 24 hrs the ice maker will start making ice, paid him $140.00. Until next day nothing happened, l call him back he came and said it need a new pipe line from the filter and after changed it I paid him $100.00 same thing I waited until the next day nothing happened, I called him again he came and said need to change the valve in the back, paid him $80.00 that day which was April 4th. Now the water dispenser works and ice maker said 24 hrs to start dropping ice until next day no ice, I called him he came back the next day and said the ice maker need to be changed for $220.00 I said never mind I don’t need ice. yesterday the water dripping again he said he will and check but he didn’t show up and didn’t answer the phone and I left for him a voice message on his phone number 980-577-8943. I was so frustrated and I don’t recommend this person to do any work for anyone. I am giving the worst rating I can and will not use the service again. Mirghani Mohamed

Had an appointment set. Asked for pictures of items that needed to be fixed. Sent over said items, no response. Day of, no answer on phone. No reply. Waste of my only day off during the week. If zero stars was an option, that’s what I would put.

Kenneth came on 3/27 said it needed a new water valve, cost of valve $95, gave him a check for $140 which is half on $280 charged He came back o 3/28 and installed the valve, paid him another $140. We went on vacation on 3/29 and did not return until 4/8. Was supposed to fix leak in back of fridge and ice maker which was not working. We came back from vacation and still no ice. I have tried to contact him through text and voice mail, he has not responded. I am giving a very bad review and caution anyone to use dryer doctor , since I am out the money and no ice and no response. Sandra Montgomery

He came out and said it needed a new valve in the back, paid him $140.00 that day which was March 27th. he came back the next day,28th and replaced the valve, paid him another $140.00 Leak fixed,also it had a pinhole in the water line,We went out of town the next day, March 29th and returned on April 8th. Still no ice. I have called him and texted him 5 times at number704-923-9356 and he will not call or text me back. Dryer was fixed. Trey was professional. Trey needs to source parts locally if possible instead of having to drive 25 minutes to get them or keep a supply in the work truck. Price was probably reasonable counting the service call. It’s been years since I had to do that so I really don’t have a clue what is a normal charge today. Very pleasant and outgoing.

Kenneth walked me through the problem and showed me exactly what was wrong. He replaced all the components associated with the bad part the even though they weren't bad. Which I am grateful he did because I didn't want to have to replace those in a few months. Service was amazing however he was later than agreed upon time frame.

He came to our home within 6 hours of the conversation, diagnosed the problem, and left to purchase the part. 48 hours after first contact, our dishwasher has been repaired. Additionally, Kenneth is kind, professional, and someone we trust.
