I never give out bad reviews. I'm compelled to this time. I called for a simple air quality test for mold. The owner shows up and begins pushing his services for mold removal. It's not your normal sales pitch, but much more aggressive. So, he ends up talking his way into my crawlspace. ...

Poorly coordinated, owner refused to return to job saying it was too far away to conduct water test. Supervisor did not know how to conduct test. Agreed to facetime testing that didn't happen. Overpriced labor. Contract terms were fulfilled.

Very professional and timely with coming out to test and get results from the lab.

I was impressed with this group and Mike Fowler who came out and assessed the situation. They seem very good , responsive, and the job was done quickly. I would recommend them . The true test, however, will be this winter when I see if my heating bill is substantially lowered.

Tech showed up on time and assessed the problem and provided a quote. He stared work immediately. Problem was a mis-seated wax seal. The seal was replaced and toilet reset and secured. The tec tested and retested to make sure problem was resolved. I would definitely use PlumbSmart again.

OK, thought what they did was pricey, another company had quoted the same price which would have included water testing and adding the chemicals needed and vacuuming out the pool. Marked would hire again because there was not an option of maybe.

Visual inspection was performed first. Though water was detected, no obvious signs of mold. Then indoor and outdoor mold samples were collected. Final report after testing was that there was no need for mold remediation.
