Poorly coordinated, owner refused to return to job saying it was too far away to conduct water test. Supervisor did not know how to conduct test. Agreed to facetime testing that didn't happen. Overpriced labor. Contract terms were fulfilled.

Tech showed up on time and assessed the problem and provided a quote. He stared work immediately. Problem was a mis-seated wax seal. The seal was replaced and toilet reset and secured. The tec tested and retested to make sure problem was resolved. I would definitely use PlumbSmart again.

They were very knowledgeable and precise. They installed GFCI outlets in my kitchen in a short amount of time. They explained to me how to test and reset them, if needed. Very satisfied and happy with their work. I would use them again, if needed.
