Visual inspection was performed first. Though water was detected, no obvious signs of mold. Then indoor and outdoor mold samples were collected. Final report after testing was that there was no need for mold remediation.

Emory (Mold Stoppers Greenville branch) was great to work with. He responded quickly to any emails or phone calls. He and his crew were punctual and worked efficiently. Emory answered all my questions and was knowledgeable in all thing pertaining to his line of work. Any work Emory did not do himself, he checked for quality control. He sent his crew back to my home the next day to scrub a small spot they had missed. Emory addressed any concerns quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Mold Stoppers of Greenville.

Though we have had issues with the unit itself, Emory has been amazing, he is extremely responsive, helpful, cares about the problem and has and is working hard to make sure the unit is 100% operational and working correctly, including working with the manufacturer. Highly recommended.

We were very, very pleased with the overall professionalism and knowledge of Emory at MoldStoppers. He was early to the appointment, quick to assess the area of concern, and he had us a quote later that day. He had a very good grasp of what needed to be done, and his quote was very reasonable for the space that needed remediation. We are waiting upon the seller's response to decide how to proceed, but we will look to use MoldStoppers if we have to pay for the repair ourselves. After reviewing Angie's List and obtaining other quotes, I chose Emory Young with Mold Stoppers of Greenville because of his knowledge of the issue and his detailed explanation of the processes and products available to resolve it. The quoted price was very similar to other quotes received, but my level of comfort with Emory's professionalism and thoroughness during the initial inspection and quote process was a significant factor in selecting him for the job. He spent no less than an hour under the house doing a thorough inspection and provided numerous photographs to help explain the problem and what needed to be done to resolve it. Because of the thorough assessment, there were no surprises or added costs at the completion of the project. Emory had two guys on staff who did much of the work, but he also spent considerable time under the house doing the work and ensuring the job was done correctly. The job took several weeks to complete but I was not on a timeline and told Emory that from the beginning. The crawl space has very low clearance and is choppy so I appreciated the extra time he and his crew spent to make sure they did a thorough job. After everything was cleaned and encapsulated, he installed a commercial dehumidifier and condensate pump. Emory also identified a small leak under the master bathroom and some issues with the duct work under the house that we would not have known about. I highly recommend Emory Young if you have any mold or moisture issue.

Emery was very informative, giving me details of everything they were doing. He went above and beyond what they were to do. I cannot say enough good things about this company. There work is excellent, and the price was competitive. He is a kind man who really cares about his work and satisfying the customer. After the job was completed he inspected everything. This company was outstanding in every way. The major cost of installation was for the industrial dehumidifier. The cost of labor and installation was very resonable, but most of all it was professionally installed and completed on the day they promised to show up. Martin Peery was a outstanding contact and advisor to our mold issue and solved our problem completely. Martin did NOT come in during the first inspection and tell us we had a tremendous problem and we needed all his services all at once at some crazy price. I had to have installed an drain system also but not by Moldstoppers and Martin was very flexible in doing partial work around during the installation of the drain system. Then Martin called two weeks prior to coming for the final install of work to say his "A" team was tied up and could not make the date we agreed upon and would like to reschedule. I agreed and the truely " A" team arrived at the agreed upon date and performed an outstanding install. I have already recommended Martin and team to many others in my area that are having the same issues. Don't waist your time with companies that say they can fix your problem. Moldstoppers specializes in these areas and will do the job right at a reasonable cost. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am about this company. Not many companies like this left in the market place. Honest, customer oriented and professional.

They did a really good job as far as scheduling when they would be out to do the work. They came out right after we closed on the house, and did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They were just very expensive.

They were terrific. During the job they lent us an air filter for several weeks that saved my life. They are also a green company so that was a big plus.
